The themes have been set and I wanted them to all be in one place for easy reference. I'm going to be needing these a lot over the next several months.
- Learn to be comfortable alone.
- Determine personal wants/needs/likes outside of external input.
- Do more thinking about what I think and less about what others think.
- Find what I love about being me and not only love it but celebrate it.
- Take time to do the rituals and meditations that help.
- Learn and apply the techniques needed to feel freely again.
- Set goals and create plan for a sound body and better physical health.
I like these themes. It lays out a plan for me. They may change as the year progresses, but it's a good starting point.
